  We could not say enough about the positive experience we had with our realtor David Birch. Mr. Birch was always well prepared and knowledgeable when showing us properties. He listened to what we were looking for and always gave his honest opinion. If we were looking at a property Mr. Birch not only pointed out the positives, but also any negatives he saw, and would tell us if he thought the property was priced fairly or overpriced. We felt that Mr. Birch had our best interests at heart and was not just concerned with making a sale. Even after the closing Mr. Birch has stayed in touch with us and has continued to offer his assistance.Thank you Mr. Birch for your professionalism, kindness and patience during this process with us!
