I recently used them, and although it took longer to get my car back than it did before the pandemic, they STILL did an outstanding job getting my car fixed. It looks brand new. Thank You, CarStar for your superb service. -

And what can I say about Barbra wow friendly kind and just wow she will make sure you get your rental set so when you drop your car off you are ready to go. (May 2, 2023, 10:13 am)My vehicle was hit in a parking lot in my passenger side door and bumper area. We went through Carstar in E Hartford for the repair and were extremely satisfied with the results. The work is seamless and looks like new. This location also cleaned my car prior to pick up inside + out.
They went above and beyond when they decided to repair my inside visor on the drivers side. It was taped up and hanging from a thread for months as we hadn’t taken the time to get it fixed. Someone at Carstar must have noticed this and done the repair as it was like new when we picked up our vehicle. This was such an awesome surprise as that visor had been causing much frustration. Amazing service! Thank you so much.
Couldn’t recommend this place more! Well done.
