  We had stopped for a mid day hike in the Poconos on our cross country trip pulling our travel trailer when we noticed that one of the tires on our trailer was totally worn in one spot and bubbling. We got the spare put on and the next morning we started calling around to see what we could do about replacing the tire. There was a nearby tire store with our trailer tires in stock but they were not willing to even mount the new tires on the trailer much less look at the trailer to assess what was causing the uneven tire wear. So I called Hampton RV which was a little further away. Bill answered the phone verified that he had our tires in stock and agreed to check out the underlying issue. Bill and Danny changed their workday plans around to get our trailer in immediately and found that we needed brakes and suspension repairs and they did it all while we put putted around town.They were extremely accommodating to strangers asking a lot on short notice. We felt a lot safer getting back on the road with our baby in the car knowing that it was actually fixed. Don’t be like us and wait until you are practically stranded on the side of the road to do preventative maintenance services on your trailer. Do be like us and call Hampton RV so that Bill and Danny can get your trailer dialed in.

  Great experience buying a trailer at Hampton! I went in on a Friday and worked with Jeremy who was very helpful and very knowledgeable. When I decided to make the purchase I ended up working with the owner who was a great guy and very down to earth. All around very professional and helpful I will definitely be back for more trailers and I highly recommend them.

  Found my trailer on the web and called to see if they had it in stock. They didn't but recommended another one they did have in stock. It had more features that I was looking for and really was a better investment for my business. I drove a couple hours down there to pick it up and it was a flawless transaction. Got to meet Bill and a new hire learning about the business. Before we left there tech came out to show the features and safety items to know about with a trailer like this. Very Very thorough. I would buy more trailers from here again when I need too. They also have a storefront with thousands of items related to trailers and Rv's. This place has everything.....I am very Happy
  
  April 2022 update, Had the trailer for a year and it has been great. I had a strap break on the battery tray and the battery moved around and broke the charger, the shocks for the chain cabinet needed to be replaced. I sent an email to Bill and the parts were sent via mail, covered under warranty. I am so happy with the service and communication with him. From one business owner to another. Thank YOU x 100. !!

  Great experience at Hampton RV. I went back twice trying to decide what I wanted. Bill showed me around and upon my purchase held onto the trailer till the snow melted and I could get it were I wanted it. I would recommend Hampton RV. Great selection along with any other accessories you may need for towing

  If you're in the North Jersey or the Tri-State area and have trailer needs, this is the place to go. Clean, well organized and well stocked facility. I purchased a tandem axle enclosed trailer, working directly with Bill, the owner. Had a great experience and Bill is a pleasure to deal with. An absolute gentleman and easy to deal "on a handshake", and good to his word. Highly recommend!
