(May 30, 2023, 6:12 pm)I’ve been to Optical Center before for myself but this time I came for my son, your associate Genna took amazing care of us she was very efficient and knowledgeable. As a teen my son had a very hard time picking out a cool pair of frames. He appreciated the compliments by Genna of the frames he would try one. Amazing and Outstanding experience!!!!!

(April 29, 2023, 3:07 pm)Such a great place. They have a great selection of frames to choose from. Even some wide frames for those with a colossal head like mine. Jon was extremely helpful adjusting my frames so they fit perfectly. Even helped me out getting proper fitting lenses to an old pair of glasses that weren't cut right. I should have made them my first choice back then. Will definitely be back.

(April 27, 2023, 9:13 pm)I recently visited the optical center and I must say everyone was so helpful and made me feel comfortable. No one tried to talk me into the most expensive frames or anything fancy. Genna made sure I was comfortable in the frames I tried on and she helped me to pick out the best ones for me! I’m not the best at making decisions so it was really nice to have Genna there especially and all the other girls to help me pick my favorite pair!!!

He helped me pick out frames that not only fit my face perfectly they were also stylish. I think his name is Johnathon. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Definitely an asset to your company. I will be returning for all my optical needs and recommending you to friends and family.

I would also like to mention Genna who was a great help when I went for a new pair of frames! She was awesome with her customer service and I hope everyone feels the same warm welcome she gives!!
