  I had a very pleasant, comfortable experience at this motel.
  
  I was impressed, from the moment I walked into the room, by how bright and fresh everything looked; the color scheme was fun and inviting, the furniture looked fairly new, and everything was clean and fresh, especially the bathroom (which I can't overstate the importance of, lol). There were paintings on the wall that looked as though a staff member or family member painted them, which made the space feel extremely homey and comfortable. A minifridge, freezer, and microwave were provided, as well as a TV and wifi service, all of which worked well. The motel is in a good location relative to the towns I was visiting, such as Hadley, Amherst, and Northampton, and is easy to reach and find. It is also down the street from several good clusters of shops and gas stations, which made it easy for me to stock up when I departed after my stay.
  
  The staff here particularly impressed me by their friendliness and their prompt, helpful service. When I initially called to place my reservation, I had a good experience on the phone; at both check-in and check-out, the people I spoke to were pleasant to chat with and very helpful with the process. I'm glad I picked this motel of others in the area, specifically for this reason. There was also a lovely garden behind the motel, which was so nice to see.
  
  My only complaint would be that I could hear my next-door neighbors talking clear as day, but that's a hazard of any form of travel and not a knock on this location whatsoever. I put in my earbuds and the situation was promptly resolved.

  Grandby Motel offers decent accommodations at an affordable price. Yogi is very helpful in accommodating guests. Don't pass this one up!

  I had amazing sleep and the service was super curious and kind. They have Cameras which made me feel safe about leave my band new motorcycle right put front of my room

  Very clean. Very polite and helpful staff. Room didn’t have any hangers or even hooks for clothes.

  My bf and I really needed a comfortable, relaxing, peaceful place to stay after 2 nights in our vehicle and THIS was perfect! The family is so nice and have a cute business! The super hot shower and comfortable bed hit the spot! Nice spacious room with mini fridge, microwave, kitchen counters, sink and cabinets, nice size table, and plenty on plugs for charging!!! We will be back when needed!!!
  
  (P.s to owners: Couple minor things, hand towel or two would be beneficial and a towel matt for bathroom floor when getting out of shower, gets slippery.
  We were able to improvise having vehicle packed but not all can.)
