    The bird observation platform is my favorite part. Excellent restroom facilities. There are bulletin broads with maps and information. Even a water fountain (hydration station). Friendly and knowledgeable staff too. Saw lots of birds, bald eagles, Cooper’s hawk, cardinals, Bluejays and a lot more.

    I Started Coming To Fort Washington Park Since 2015 & I Like To Take My Walk During Winter Spring Summer & Fall Seasons.

    Great place to visit anytime saw lots of tree swallows today. Only one hawk but one hummingbird and four Chipmunks and lots of robins Cardinals and blue jays.

    This park has plenty of areas for enjoyable walks, disc golf, hiking trails, alongside creek trail, volleyball area, playground, pavilions, bbq grills and so much more! The wildlife is wonderful, deer walking around as the sun is ready to set.

    A great place for birdwatching. Two large above level observation platforms. Bird feeders below and a wonderful view out over the valley. Educational materials there. Great homeschooling trip.
