  I was so impressed with my bike fitting! Right away Jason got on our call and just started to get to know me. He immediately made me feel comfortable and we had fun! The fact that he was able to do this completely virtual was really what impressed me the most. He picked up on the smallest changes (I had to move my bike seat down 2 little lines, etc) that made a big difference. I would absolutely recommend the professional fitting to anyone! Jason was great and so much fun! Oh, on my next ride I PR’d!

  Jason recently fitted me for my Peloton bike and he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I had tried watching videos and reading articles on how to adjust the bike to properly support my knees and hips, but had no luck. Jason really took the time to hear what was bothering me and adjust the current positioning of my cleats and bike. He even gave me additional strengthening stretches to support my knee pain. I could immediately feel a difference on the bike and am much more comfortable. I have been cycling for years, but never felt like I was positioned correctly on the bike until now. This exceeded all of my expectations of a virtual bike fitting and I highly recommend Jason at Bespoke Bike & Ski!

  I recently had a bike fitting with Jason. I’ve had a Peloton bike for a little over 2 years now and in the last 6 months started taking longer and longer classes. Which is what motivated me to make sure I was properly fitted to my bike.
  
  Jason was great right from the beginning. He explained the process and what to expect during the fitting. He had me run through some floor exercises and immediately started taking notes on my bodies natural movements. His notes were then used to adjust my cleat positioning and bike settings. With all the changes made I could immediately feel a difference on the bike. I completed my first class with the new settings and felt much more stable was able to steadily hold a solid pedal stroke and output.
  
  This experience was very educational and Jason was extremely knowledgeable! I would highly recommend a bike fitting with Jason!

  I recently had a bike fitting with Jason; I’ve had a Peloton since 2017 and have over 500 rides between my old bike and my new Bike+. From the start, Jason was extremely professional and immediately made me feel comfortable. He was able to quickly identify subtle instabilities in certain muscle groups (even before clipping in!) that have led to right shoulder pain when I ride. The adjustments he made immediately improved my stability both in and out of the saddle, and I’m looking forward to seeing how my rides improve.
  
  He also provided me with exercises I can do off of the bike to improve stability in my weaker muscle groups. This entire experience was incredibly valuable, and I highly recommend a bike fitting with Jason.

  I recently had a virtual bike fitting with Jason for my Peloton bike. I have been riding the bike for a little over a year, with about 250 rides logged. As my frequency and intensity of rides has increased lately, so have a few aches and pains. Jason was able to do an assessment of my position on the bike along with an assessment of my foot position and he made some minor, but important changes to my cleat, seat and handle bar position to make me more comfortable and powerful on the bike. He also sent me core exercises to work on off the bike. Immediately after my fitting a did a 45 minute ride and beat my PR by 12 points, with no knee or back discomfort! I highly recommend getting a proper fit from a professional like Jason. Thank you Jason!
