  Best gym I've experienced. The community / people are SO nice, fun, and welcoming of all fitness levels. The instructors offer scaled workouts for those who need it (i.e. me) all while helping you push yourself & build strength. The instructors at this gym really care that you have solid form and they will even adjust workouts specific to you (i.e. if you have bad knees, they will adjust the workout so it's easier on that part of your body). As someone who was brand new to CF, the care and attention I got really helped me feel comfortable

  Best CF gym in town. Very welcoming owners/staff/community!!! Energetic and knowledgeable coaching staff. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a new gym or just dropping in! A++++

  This is absolutely the best gym in the Hudson Valley! The most welcoming group of coaches and members I’ve experienced at a CrossFit gym. Every single coach takes the time to learn your needs and capabilities, and help you reach your goals. Old, young, new or experienced, this is the gym for you!

  Joining Orchard Valley CrossFit quickly reminded me that movement can change a person's physical, emotional, and mental states. Even though I’ve only known my coaches for a short time, they have become some of the most influential people in my life. I’ve gotten stronger, lost weight, made friends, and accomplished goals. What more could I ask for during a past year that has been so tough for us all!? If you’ve been thinking about contacting this gym, DO NOT WAIT ANY LONGER!   My only regret was not signing up a year sooner at this awesome gym. I was hesitant to join the Crossfit community because of preconceived notions about what it was or would be like. I couldn't have been more wrong. I finally decided to join because I was tired of programming my own workouts and was looking for something new and fresh with variety - and that's what I found here. Over the past two years I've met some awesome individuals and gained new friends. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment and facilities are clean. This place is truly a community. Whether you take an early morning class or an evening class, you won't be disappointed with Orchard Valley.
