He has a great personality that makes the classes enjoyable. He knows how to put you to work and get the most out of your work out session individually and in a group setting. Highly recommend !

(July 10, 2023, 9:31 pm)Brendan is an excellent coach. Before working out with him, I worked out 5 days a week, for years, with little progress. Three months with Brendan I'm down 28 lbs and have significantly increase lean muscle. I feel great. Thanks Coach!!

(July 9, 2023, 5:39 pm)Great trainer by far! Brendan is a great coach, motivator, friend. If you want a gym that has a sense of family well this is the gym for you. I have been part of boot camp classes and personal training sessions. Each work out has been great. Brendan makes sure you tackle each exercise even with accommodations so you can get the best out of the workout. Don’t be scared to join, it’s fun and everyone will accept you as part of the family.
