  This gym is perfect for me. My schedule changes often so the fact that there’s 6 group classes throughout the day helps me stay committed. The classes and the open gym are included with the monthly fee. The gym is open during class time so you can stick to your own program if you prefer. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and will modify any of the workouts for you.
  
  Live Free meets the needs of a large variety of people. Whether you're rehabbing an injury, training for an iron man, on a weight loss journey, or recovering from a surgery. This gyms for you!

  Best gym I’ve ever been a member at. Low key without the annoying bells and whistles. Good people. Well built with good equipment, quality knowledge and a good attitude. I like the fight club vibe.

  I love this gym. The coaches are incredibly attentive and help you adapt the work outs to your personal goals and fitness level. The programming is thoughtfully designed and includes two different tracks every week. I've also never been to a gym that was so well resourced and played out. If you are thinking about finding a place to work on your fitness, this is the place to do it and these are the trainers that can help you make the most of your hard work.

  Live Free Health & Fitness is a great place to workout. The coaches are very knowledgeable and willing to address any issues and/or concerns that you may have as it relates to fitness and nutrition.
  
  I have been an active member for almost 10 years and have seen great improvements in my quality of life. I am always encouraged to challenge myself which sometimes amazes me.
  
  Movement is a very important function in life. Come, join and enjoy the journey towards a being a fit (or fitter) individual.

  Although I have only been a member for a couple months, I have come to love the atmosphere at Live Free Health & Fitness. Everyone at the gym is kind, friendly and helpful. The trainers have your well being in mind, and are generous with their time to help improve your workout. From modifying workouts to accommodate injuries or other special needs, to friendly encouragement and celebration, they make working out at Live Free Health & Fitness a great experience. The patrons are equally as friendly and kind, and make the atmosphere one of encouragement and support rather than intimidation. I can highly recommend this gym for anyone at any fitness level. Once you meet everyone there, I think you will be hooked.
