Have never been treated by this doctor, but he wrote a very insightful article on the scam that is urgent care. The doctor came off as very caring and reasonable. Urgent care are a racket that promotes dollar store level healthcare, relies on the overuse on dangerous prescription medication without informed consent, ill equipped to handle anything but a hangnail, with little to no imaging equipment, with disengaged physicians assistants in their 20's, and most of all, these clinics are in bed with the insurance companies. You, as the patient, get what you pay for, but the insurance company gets off the hook with an 85% cheaper bill and the urgent care still gained a new patient. Thanks for shining a light on this.
I love this pediatrician! He is knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor! He is to the point, addresses any concerns I have about my child and he really makes us feel comfortable!
