They offer various group classes, personal training and childcare during the week so makes getting a workout in super easy if you have kids. The staff and trainers are amazing and I wouldn’t workout anywhere else!

Energy Fitness is everything I was looking for in a gym and has made my new hometown complete. I feel physically, mentally and socially stronger because of this incredible community.
Energy Fitness bolsters an environment that is both inviting and challenging. There’s plenty of action for the type of gym person you are and my personal favorite is the social activity of a workout class (there are many to choose from)!
I’d be lying if I were to say I don’t tell everyone how impressed I am by this gym, the trainers and the community. Go ahead, ask anyone I know - they may say I’m obsessed and maybe I am!

Every single employee at this gym is friendly, helpful and encouraging. Everyone knows me by my name and I’m always greeted with a smile. They have recently done a make over of the gym. It’s always clean and the equipment is new. The instructors and trainers are always encouraging and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this gym!!

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have had the pleasure of training with several trainers and they are all great! They have always been supportive and helped me towards my fitness goals.
