If you have the opportunity to work with Rayna she is a breath of fresh air. You feel positive, kind energy when you are in Rayna's presence. My experience with EMDR was life-changing, providing me with the ability to move forward. I highly recommend Encompass Mental Health Counseling!

EMDR therapy with Rayna has changed my life. While this method of therapy has been around for many years, many people are unaware of the way it works. It's not a guided meditation, it's not standard talk therapy, it's not hypnosis... but it is magical. Years of Trauma can carry over into a person's present and hold them back from living their best life. Rayna has done an amazing job to help my psyche desensitize painful experiences. One session feels equivalent to years of talk therapy and has tapped into the healing my psyche not only wants but is craving. I'm so grateful I found Rayna and her amazing ability to help me through EMDR.

It's exceedingly challenging these days to find a therapist that is as compassionate and talented as Rayna Havelock at Encompass Mental Health. Her expertise in domestic abuse recovery and implementation of EMDR therapy make her the center gemstone in this fine mental health practice crown. Highly recommend.
