I have been seeing Dr. Berman for about 20 years. He is thorough, professional, personable and always keeps up with the latest in eye care. The staff are all delightful. Very caring, knowledgeable and efficient. Wait time is often near zero. Easy to get an appointment. They are always updating their technology - both for the eye exam, as well as the front desk - and the office itself is lovely and comfortable. Highly recommend.
I can always count on Ridgefield Family Eye Care to be on time, to have the latest technology to assess my eyes, and to have the best in contact lenses. They are knowledgeable, friendly and caring. They explain each activity. My husband and I even return here now that we have moved away because nobody else does it like they do!
I love Ridgefield Family Eye Care. Dr Hawran and the whole staff are friendly and caring - they take time to listen as well as explain the tests, exam etc. In a time when you often feel like a number, this is one place where you feel and are treated as if you were the most important person in the world. Our whole family have been patients for over 15 years - every doctor is terrific! Highly recommend regardless of age or need.
I've been wearing glasses for about 55 years and can tell you that this is the most professional and personable Eye Care practitioner I have met. It is a great feeling to know you are getting the best treatment by someone who cares about your health.
Although the technology and equipment are state of the art it is still the people who will make me come back.
Ridgefield Family Eye Care is probably the best place you will ever find to get your eyes checked and deal with contact lens issues. The receptionists are all very friendly and knowledgeable and the lobby was recently redone with free wifi, excellent free coffee and plenty of magazines to keep training your eyes for the inevitable "eye chart". The wait time is relatively short (the longest I've waited there is 15 minutes). The doctors, especially Doctor Berman are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and actually remember what is going on in my life personally from my last visit!
The only downside is that their frames look a little expensive but they certainly are high quality.
I would recommend them 100 percent.
