I am now transitioning to a private trainer for continued improvement. I cannot thank her enough! I would also like to note that the entire team, including Jay, Michal, Navah, Ellie and Simon (sorry if I missed someone!) make a difficult time for anyone entering physical therapy a positive and hopeful experience. (May 23, 2023, 5:56 pm)I’ve been working with the team at Professional Physical Therapy in Ridgefield CT. These guys are the real deal. They got me back on my feet after a torn Achilles tendon. The facility is clean, well equipped and fun to attend. Kudos to Jay and the whole team. A great experience over the past 7 weeks.

My therapist created a treatment program tailored to my needs and worked with me bi-weekly as well as giving me exercises to complete at home. I was given very personalized attention and by the end of my treatment my condition was managed and I could resume my normal activities. I highly recommend PPT!

I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve made through their health over the last five months. Sabrina, Jay, Michel, and Simon (at the front desk) are the best.
