  Gail and her team do exceptional work, and I could not recommend them highly enough. She always goes above and beyond to ensure her patients understand the custom-tailored exercises, even recording them and making custom handouts to reference at home. Her and her team are always patient and give you their full time and attention, ensuring any questions you have are addressed during the session. Plus, the office staff is efficient and organized, and the space itself is always very clean (COVID-19 protocols are also followed exceptionally). Gail's effective, non-invasive treatment plans have kept me out of pain and helped prevent my curve from worsening, for which I could not be more grateful! If you have scoliosis, this is the place to go.

  This is literally the best physical therapy center for scoliosis that exists in CT! The physical therapists here are extremely knowledgeable and true specialists on Scoliosis. The whole office staff is soooo nice, friendly, and caring, and they deliver results.
  
  They use the Schroth method which is the only way to reduce or prevent worsening of scoliosis - a general / regular PT just will not do it (having tried both). Because spine conditions like scoliosis require case-by case personalized intervention, which is exactly what they do.
  
  I have greatly benefitted from my treatment here and already experienced noticeable improvement in reduction of back strain, pain, and fatigue. This treatment is the only thing that has worked for me in alleviating my back issues. The exercises practiced and recommended by the center have made all the difference. I am so glad I came here, grateful to the team and my physical therapist, and value what I learned and gained to continue PT on my own now.
