(June 30, 2023, 12:09 pm)Had the pleasure of being under Joe Allison’s care both pre and post operative. Joe is very patient and knowledgeable. I am a “ why/ how “ person and Joe always explained the purpose of my treatments and expected results. Being in the patient care field myself it was refreshing to see a positive and encouraging provider EVERY SESSION. The office staff was also very pleasant and always helpful and never had a billing/scheduling issue. I highly recommend Joe and the staff at Drayer.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Joe Allison and his team. From the minute you walk through the front door you are greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. I had severe neck pain for months and my doctor prescribed PT. The best decision I made was starting physical therapy with Joe. He taught me specific exercises to do. Each day the pain decreased and I felt so much better. Joe encouraged me to continue doing these exercises at home and to become more aware of my posture when sitting and standing. I have now completed my 4 weeks of therapy and I am pain free! Thank you to Joe and everyone at Drayer Physical Therapy for a wonderful experience with a very happy ending.

(May 18, 2023, 3:08 pm)I fractured my right wrist, days before Christmas. I’m right handed, and this was extremely poor timing. As of my first visit to Joe Allison, at Drayer, I couldn’t pick up my cellphone, perform basic household tasks, drive, or do essential tasks at my Pilates studio. Working on computer forms was nearly a disaster! Thanks to Joe’s patience, wealth of experience & continuing education, my progress was amazing! My wrist is functioning perfectly again. Joe takes the time to fully explain his treatment plan and answer your questions, without making you feel rushed. I particularly enjoyed his good natured sense of humor. The entire staff is professional & supports your success. If you’re looking for top level care, in a very pleasant environment you need to make an appointment here.

(May 18, 2023, 12:30 pm)My experience at Drayer was first rate. I was referred to PT after being diagnosed with herniated discs in my cervical spine. At the time, I was experiencing such pain that I was lucky to be getting two hours of sleep at night. I was also losing strength in one arm. Two doctors recommended spinal surgery and one suggested PT before considering surgical options. I wanted to be careful so I chose the PT route.
Joe, my physical therapist at Drayer, was super patient and consistently set realistic goals for me. I was committed to my PT regimen and did it religiously. Within a few weeks I was noticing the pain lessening and being able to regain normal function. After several months, my full strength returned and I was back doing my regular routines. It was such a relief to me to be able to avoid invasive surgery.
I was so pleased with my experience that even after being discharged from PT, I stayed on with Drayer participating in their Wellness Program. Although I am admittedly cautious with how I approach daily aspects of my life since my diagnosis, that is more just my nature. I can honestly say I’m essentially back to where I was before the onset of my pain. It truly was an incredibly positive experience at Drayer!
