(March 10, 2020, 10:37 am)I'd been suffering with a sore shoulder and arm muscle for almost a year. My chiropractor said that nothing was torn and that it would just take a while. My GP suggested that I try some PT and I went to Performance because they were right down the street from my house. It was the best decision I made. I was given easy to read instructions for exercises I could do at home, which helped with my recovery. I would recommend Performance Rehabilitation.

(February 29, 2016, 6:17 pm)I went to Performance Rehab with severe back pain that I was suffering with for over 3 years. I'd been to many doctors and had multiple tests, scans, injections etc. I took the strongest pain medication that my doctors would prescribe to me. I went to physical therapy, had acupuncture...I was running out of options. A friend told me about Performance Rehab and Dr Daura . Within weeks I was close to being pain free. In less than 2 months I no longer had pain. I tell everyone that hurts, they should absolutely try this place. It may sound extreme but I credit Dr Daura for "saving my life"!
