  Jim provided my wife and I with a personalized home buying experience, we could not have asked for a better realtor to represent us. He worked within our budget and helped to address all of our most important requests for our first home. He was incredibly responsive and made himself available any time we needed- he even helped arrange an appointment for us to stop by our new home before closing so we could measure, in preparation for furniture purchasing. Jim kept us updated throughout every step in the process and was a huge support to us for recommendations and any other help we needed (which was a lot) being new homeowners. Jim spent so much one on one time with us that the moment we stepped into our current new home he looked right at us and said he agreed that it was perfect for us. Our home had several offers, but Jim made sure he fought for us to be accepted. I would absolutely recommend Jim and Cow Harbor Realty if you are looking to purchase or sell a home.

  Jeff and Shauna were the best real-estate agents that my husband and I have ever asked for. With their help, perseverance, and guidance we found the home of our dreams, and I could not be happier. I always felt very listened to and supportive. Plus, they both had such positive attitudes about everything which is refreshing when going through the stress of buying a house! Jeff constantly had a positive attitude - I mean - this guy was unshakeable! Not only did they bring great energy, professionalism, and their expertise, but they felt more like friends than real-estate agents. They absolutely listened to what was in our price range and our vision for our home, and they hit the ball out of the park.

I have worked with many realtors but Jeff stands apart from the rest both as a professional and as a person. Jeff is not only knowledgeable, but he is also not afraid to do the work in the trenches and he always does the job with a smile.   Jeff Izzo said he would help “moo” our big house and he certainly did — from start to finish within our timeline! Jeff is patient, professional, courteous, knowlegeable, responsive, and relentless to get the job done. He helped us through the initial hurdles by finding contractors to remove lots of junk and to fix the ceiling, floors, boiler, swimming pool, etc (without going overboard) prior to putting the house on the market. He took the time to explain the real estate market and how best to market our house within the current climate. He was attentive to the different opinions of the family members and always managed to keep everyone updated with progress. Although challenging in a time that is considered buyer’s market, we were able to get multiple offers due to Jeff’s dedication and hard work in finding suitable home buyers. He went above and beyond his duties — what else can we say except that we couldn’t have done it without Jeff’s help. Highly recommend Jeff for anyone who is looking to “moo” their house. Thank you Jeff for working with us!
