  Hands down the best experience at any urgent care/walk in clinic. The staff was very friendly and thorough. The interior was large, updated and spotless. Even though this is a further drive for me, this will be my go to from now on.

  I have never used an urgent care facility before. This was an amazing place, very clean, very quiet and I was in very quickly. Everyone was very friendly, very calm from the receptionist to the technician who took my intake to the wonderful PA that evaluated me and the x-ray technician was very friendly and very gentle considering I was in extreme pain. Highly recommend!!

  This was my first visit to ConvenientMD. When I arrived there were 3 others in line. There were two individuals who registered patients, so I was quickly registered and sat in the waiting room. The front office individual was very nice and efficient. I honestly was called in by a nurse within three minutes. I saw the PA within a few more minutes, was diagnosed and sent on my way. Sarah, the PA. Was fabulous. She listened and then gave me a prescription and information pertaining to my ailment. What a wonderful experience especially when you are not feeling well. I understand why this facility has such wonderful reviews.

  This clinic was amazing. From the receptionist, nurse, and doctor all professional, nice, listened, and attentive. Went for a severe cough which I knew was probably bronchitis. The check in process was easy. The wait time was very short. The nurse took my vitals and listened to my issues. I went to another room where the wait time for the doctor to see me was under 5 minutes. She heard my complaints, gave me a check up and concluded I have bronchitis. I was prescribed my usual inhaler and other medications. Not to mention this place is so nice and clean! I would. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

  Super friendly and caring people. Very reassuring and a very fast visit. Wasn’t in the waiting room more than 5 minutes. I scheduled my appointment on the website the night before and got taken at basically the exact time I scheduled barley any waiting. I came in for an ear infection in my left ear. They ended up completely cleaning the wax out of my right ear. Which I’ve gone to other facilities for before and they usually just packed the wax in worse Not this place the girl was very friendly and kind and reassured me that this would not be like that and it would work. And got the guard time of me ever having this done it actually did work. I came in for a problem with my left ear and left with a clear right ear. After this the doctor came in to see me and prescribed me antibiotic drops for my left ear and explained the proper care process to ensure it gets better. They helped me feel better by the next day. A very pleasant experience all around
