(May 25, 2023, 12:02 pm)I recently had a stroke while at the gym. They spotted it and took excellent care of me. Both my trainer Jeff and the manager were heroes. The gym itself is clean and well equiped. Nice to know it is a safe environment with caring staff too.

(March 16, 2023, 4:01 pm)This is a decent gym that is close to home. The new transition to 24 hours is a great bonus, and you can't beat the price for a now 24/7 gym. The staff here are always super friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I just really wish they would have some yoga mats available to do abs/stretching. It's really an inconvenience having to bring my own. Even Planet Ftiness offers mats...come on now.
