  Extreme Martial Arts is an amazing place. My son loves going to the many classes offered. Not only is he acquiring a fit body, but he is undoubtedly leaning respect for others and himself. The kindness, compassion, and confidence that is instilled in each student by Master Russ and all the instructors is unmeasurable.

  We are so happy to be part of the MXA family! My son has been at the school for over a year and enjoys every class and has really benefited from what he has learned from Master Russ, Miss Cindy and the rest of the staff. The benefits are not just physical, but also an increase in his confidence, focus, listening and respect for others.
  This is a fantastic, family owned, local business that takes pride in knowing everyone, making them feel welcome and showing their students (children to adults) the true potential they have.

  Extreme fitness martial arts is an incredible place. My son attends and all of the instructors are wonderful for kids. The kids learn many beneficial things including teamwork, confidence, and respect all in a fun and challenging environment. Sign up, you will not be disappointed.

  I joined Extreme Fitness Martial Arts after doing a 6 week fitness challenge they offered a couple of years ago, it was one of THE BEST things I could have ever done for myself!
  
  My plan was to lose weight, get healthy etc.
  In doing so I gained confidence, self control, patience, friends, the ability to believe in myself, and the joy of looking in the mirror and being proud of who I was.
  
  My plan soon became a journey at Extreme Fitness Martial Arts. The instructors are amazing at what they do, the students are so friendly and welcome new students with open arms, the school is family!!!!
  
  The adult kick boxing/ muay thai program is out of this world! Nothing intimidating at all! You will have a blast and burn a bunch of calories!!
  
  I have experience with the children's programs as well and I rave about how great the teachers are with the little ones. It's wonderful!
  
  One class will have you hooked!!!!

  I’ve been training with Russ an Victor for over 9 years now. I find their sincere honesty toward their students to be absolutely motivating. Their dedication and attention toward their students is something everyone should experience. The school has a great family atmosphere and there are no egos here. All the teachers are committed in giving you the best experience possible. If you have the desire to take Kickboxing as an adult, or if your child is looking to take up Karate/Martial Arts, I would strongly suggest you give this place a try. Take one of their free classes and talk to the students in the school. You will see what I mean.
