  I took 3 classes here while visiting CT, and I loved the atmosphere. The instructors are really supportive and they make you work HARD. Highly recommend taking a class here if you're looking to challenge yourself in a supportive environment.

  I would give this studio 10 stars if google would allow it. I've been coming to this studio for two years and it still remains the best indoor cycling studio and workout I have gone to. All of the instructors are encouraging, friendly, and empower riders from start to finish. If you haven't tried boost, you are missing out!!

  i love boostcycle so much!! i have been coming here for a few months now and i enjoy every class. everyone is so welcoming, and i always have so much fun and get a great workout! all of the instructors are absolutely amazing, and i definitely recommend coming here! i’m so glad that i joined boostcycle!! :)

  An amazing spin studio- I joined in September and don't regret it one bit. Every single instructor is challenging and has positive and high energy no matter what time of day it is. I recommend this studio to everyone- it is beyond worth it!

  As a male rider, I feel comfortable and not out of place in this studio. Good music! The classes are challenging and the facility is clean. Emily and her staff are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable when and if I have questions. Get there early because they start on time!
