(April 15, 2019, 2:01 pm)Dr Mark Czerniak is a very professional, kind, and no-hassle kind of guy. Very close to the Mass pike, easily accessible by car, and bobtails could probably park at the station next door. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a DOT physical.

Dr. Czerniak was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. In my case he got me in for a Physical within 24hrs of my phone call. If you are in the Springfield, Ludlow, Palmer, Wilbraham, or Belchertown area I would definitely recommend going here. The office is small, private, and clean and super easy to get to from anywhere. I came from Palmer and it was a 12 minute drive on back roads or you can get off Ludlow Pike exit, turn left and you’re there.
