(May 29, 2021, 1:36 pm)Had such an awesome experience today with the body roller. I’ve never seen anything like it and was so excited to check it out!
I went with a girlfriend so we could both try. Out together and it was awesome! You burn a lot of calories and you feel like you got a workout. I started sweating after 15 mins of using the body roller. It felt like I was getting an amazing massage. It’s supposed to help with lymphatic drainage over time.
I had a great experience and I highly recommend it! -

(December 6, 2020, 1:05 pm)The studio is absolutely fantastic. Clean and beautifully decorated, it also smells incredible. I am happy to come from Brooklyn every time. The machines are wonderful and they do really work out the entire body, I could tell the following days after my first session as my muscles felt sore (in a good way!). But on top of all of this, the owner's customer service is beyond expectations. I reached out via email asking for clarification on purchasing policies after a case of miscommunication/misunderstanding with the always sweet front desk employee. The owner took the time to personally call me the next morning to sort out any misunderstanding there may have been, and gave me a credit toward new sessions, which I was not expecting and was really kind of her. She is super passionate about her business and the satisfaction of her costumers, which is a rare quality especially in NYC! Highly recommend.

As someone who works out a lot and has sore muscles, body roll’s session has allowed for an easy an convenient way to roll out each and every muscle individually. Their videos walk you through the entire session and with the calming ambiance, makes for such a tranquil and effective session. The front desk staff is incredibly warm and welcoming and makes the experience just that much better. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

It’s essentially a more affordable way to get a full-body massage using a gently-heated rolling machine. The guided rolling process is straight forward and relaxing; I always walk out feeling amazing and ready to take on my day. I would be remiss to not mention the zen vibes and ultra-friendly staff. Cannot wait to come back for another roll!

(January 24, 2020, 5:46 pm)1st trip to the Body Roll Studio, easy to find right of of Lafayette St. in Manhattan. Staff very pleasant followed by a very clean Zen environment. The Body Roll machine is AMAZING!!!, I felt like my body experienced a full body work-out but the machine did all the work Its also can be the best massage for tired muscle following a workout the body gets the benefit by increased circulation 5hrs later I can still feel the nerves in my body tingle. They have a great Beginners price $40. You gotta check this place out, I'll definitely going back this time bringing a friend. "Too Good to Keep it Myself!! NO KIDDING"
