(August 29, 2023, 1:25 pm)I like the small gym atmosphere. There isn't a lot of space to stretch though and the room in the back can get filled with people doing floor exercises. However it's clean and secure.

(August 30, 2022, 5:34 pm)I have been going to this gym for years, it has gone through different owners and management but Starr is by far THE BEST manager. She is not judgmental, She helps everyone who comes in there even when she isn’t working and is just there to work out. If you belong to this gym it’s like a family and everyone will agree that Starr is amazing. Sure the gym is small but what do you expect in a small town? Don’t believe other reviews!
