  Ben answered all of my inquiries with great patience. He gave me a timely recommendation for what I wanted and a reasonable estimate. We quickly set up a time for him to visit the building and change my lock. He was kind and knowledgeable about the smart lock options available for my door after the work was finished.

  I had to go inside my car so I could program my key fob. Danny was really helpful and friendly, and his fee was quite fair. He arrived on time and was very professional. Even though this was my first time utilizing a locksmith, he made it quite straightforward for me. Much appreciation for your help!

  David was great. We needed our house locks re-keyed, and David came out the same day, great communication, was on time, prompt, fast and efficient, and took care of all the locks. He also cleaned and adjusted the locks so that now our doors open and close cleanly. We recommend him and would use him again!

  I messaged him to ask about his services, and he promptly responded! Making plans was simple. I was pleased when he arrived early. He was friendly and finished changing the locks in the time he estimated. Costs look reasonable! Definitely, I would advise!

  Had trouble removing the old lock, so I called a locksmith. They arrived right away, the same day, and within a few hours, and they installed the new smart lock in about ten minutes. For a new lock, I was charged $140. Nikke was excellent and competent, and she gave us some advice. Outstanding person and business.
