Awesome environment, great instructors, great members. No clicks just good vibes and like minded people motivating each other to better themselves. I also never seen this Watson person here to claim what she claimed. Been here for four years never had issues, oh but she is a personal trainer so maybe jealousy on her part! You want a great place to train with good vibes and no bad juju this is the place. No secrets, no magic wands just hard work and dedication.
I started coming to this class about five years ago. I was new to the neighborhood and seriously needed to do something about my weight. I was completely terrified because I've never taken a class before, let alone cardio kickboxing. Jo-mara (owner) and her instructors made me feel very welcomed and comfortable by constantly motivating me and showing me modifications if I couldn't do something. I lost 40lbs in short amount of time and never felt so good in my life. Over the past few years I had two children and am back at my previous weight. It's been a while since I have worked out so it was a little intimidating walking back in. The second I walked through the door it was like I hadn't skipped a beat. Lots of new and old faces but every single one of them made me feel apart of the team again. I think this place is awesome and I love that it's smaller and more tailored to our needs. Every time I leave there I feel the best kind of sore, the kind of sore when you know you worked it! I can tell you first hand that all of the people going there love the classes and love the results.The instructors are encouraging and fun. The gym is also very clean as I see the owner scrubbing everything after every class. 10/10 class!
