He went through all of the features of the truck to make sure I knew how everything worked before I hit the road. AB in the finance office was great as well. He thoroughly went over all of the numbers and explained everything perfectly.

The finance team went through my options in what payments I might expect with different scenarios. My truck was ready when I came in to pick it up. Financials were all ready to go. I was in and out on pick up day in under an hour. Overall a pleasant experience.

(June 10, 2023, 12:24 pm)I booked service on my service van in advance. Needed ignition cylinder replaced, 4 new tires and PA inspection. Some parts planning was needed, so I had conversations with Colleen in scheduling, Walt in parts, and Erik in service to ensure quick turnaround.
They were all polite, professional, and efficient, I got my truck back in agreed time-frame.
I am happy with work done.
I will continue to go here.
