This used to be a nice, local, easy facility. Now all you do is wait in the drive-thru line forever! And heaven forbid you get behind someone who has a problem, because they won't ask him to pull around and come inside, they'll just make you wait. And then not even apologize for the delay. Awesome customer service.....NOT!!! Come on people, you can do better than this. You sure used to .
Update 8/27/20: things have definitely improved here over the last several months. I guess COVID making the drive thru the only option caused them to improve their process. Good job,and thank you. I'm changing my 2 star review to 4.
