  Literally never written a review before in my life:
  I bought a car from Bergey’s in 2019, and I’m happy with it, I guess. But, that’s not what this is about…. My girlfriend’s car had a check engine light on, and the issue should have been covered by the warranty. She brought her car to the dealership, not Bergey’s, from which she bought her car. They did some work, and charged her roughly $500. Alas, the work they did, did not fix the issue, but they offered for another $500 to attempt something else to attempt to remedy the problem. My girlfriend, smartly, took her car and brought it to Bergey’s. They fixed the car, and she paid $0 out of pocket.

  Excellent Sales Department...I purposely drove approximately an hour away to purchase a vehicle I saw that this dealership had...The dealership has high reviews on AutoTrader.com which is where I did my vehicle research shopping for a SUV...The commute was not wasted!...I would like to give a special shoutout to Jeff Nice, Salesperson and to A.B. Makkar, Finance & Insurance...Although I was pre-approved with bank draft in hand from my credit union, they managed to get me almost a whole point off of the interest rate with the same credit union because they send so much business to them...What a true blessing...I would definitely take the drive to buy from them again...Just really pleasant staff!

  Outstanding Service!!! Today was a very busy day for them at this shop & even though they were understaffed they made sure I was taken care of.
  
  Evan explained everything to me about the Mechanical problems once they were able to perform a complete diagnostic test.
  
  Evan made sure that I was well aware of the price before I agreed to allow them to work on my car.
  
  I apologize because I cannot recall everybody's name but I would like to thank everyone who worked with me and the mechanic who worked on my car. The guy at the front desk was very polite, & professional.
  
  You're all awesome and I am eternally grateful to you. This was done on 9/27/2019. Thank you and keep up the excellent job!!

  I purchased my dream car from John Rider at Bergey's Used Cars. Very nice sales guy! The next day I had a few nitches with the car. He was quick to respond to my email, and resolved my problem the same day. Overall, above average experience!

  We recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Bergeys. We worked with Mark who was terrific. He was attentive, informative, and gave us the freedom to test drive cars on our own which allowed us to make our final decision. Once we knew exactly what we wanted, Mark found the car for us within days. Car shopping can be stressful especially with pressures from the salespeople but with Mark we never felt that way. We were very pleased with our overall experience. We would highly recommend Mark and Bergeys to future customers.
