  Not sure if I should give 3 or 4 stars. I'm giving four stars because after I put $750 into it, my jeep is finally perfect. The Jeep was a 2015 Grand Cherokee limited with 119k on it. It was black on black with 20" tires and rims. The salesman did discount the price, thank you, and the front tires, (although they passed inspection) should have been replaced. They did give me the option of replacing them or taking the discount for the tires off. Thanks for that. It was when I was driving home I realized that the passenger side rear mirror was damaged. I asked them to help me out with the repair and it was an immediate NO!!! It was then the manager said "what do you want for a 119k vehicle. We're not doing anything else for you." Luckily I found a shop that replaced it for $250. It would have been nice for them to at least split the difference. However, researching the market, for the price of the vehicle, I did get a pretty good deal. That mirror put a sour taste in my mouth. And no one called me to see if I was enjoying it. Oh yeah, they did have some cool swag for the grand children. The glaze man did a great job filling the chip in the windshield and was very pleasant. This is my honest review. Will I recommend? Maybe!!!

  I absolutely looooooooove my new Jeep Wagoneer!!! That said, Van and the team at Bergey's deserve 100 stars for making the whole process so easy and painless. Van was super responsive whether it was by phone or text. The entire process from verbally committing to picking up my gorgeously-detailed Wagoneer was less than 48 hours! I wanted to check out the paint on the car in a covered area because I got burnt on my previous vehicle (LOTS of swirl marks on a brand new car :( ). It was pouring rain on the day we went up to Bergey's and our new Jeep was sitting in the detail tent waiting for our inspection. Van knew how important this was to me and he made it happen! We have two teenagers that will be driving in the next few years. Guess where we're going to buy their cars? Yup, from Van & Bergey's! They have certainly gained a customer for life!

  I had the easiest, best experience at Bergey’s! Van, my salesperson, was by far the best! He made the process of buying my new Ram delightful. No hassle, no back and forth, straight to the point and got it done! 5 stars does not justify the caring and knowledge of the team, especially Van at Bergey’s! I now know where I will do business for all my vehicle needs in the future! Thank you Van and team on a job well done!
