  Can’t say enough about the service Bakker provided me. From fixing things wrong with my boat ( from the factory) quickly and efficiently to always treating me like I was their best customer. Especially Marie in sales, Jesse and his entire crew in the shop and Katlyn. It’s not often you see customer service like this anymore.

  Brought my boat into get repaired after she died on lake.
  Joe got it looked at same day an repaired the issue.
  While doing a checkover of the boat also discovered an issue with outdrive he went to work in search of replacement parts ended up having to replace enter outdrive.
  Parts arrived they got right on it allowing my to be able to get back on the lake.
  My boat runs an performs better then it ever has. Highly recommend any an all sevices you may need not to hesitate.

  Traded in my old boat for a bigger one over the winter. They couldn't do final transfers till the mechanics came back to work in March so we could test run everything. The whole time they were very professional and courteous. I even asked while it was there the could install a new sun top on boat and depth finder. Went this weekend and picked up the boat. Jesse in the shop went over everything thoroughly and even fixed a couple things they didn't need to. They went well out of there way to satisfy. When I asked what I owed for putting top on and depth finder on, Jesse said I hope you have a great summer on the lake it's on me.

  Purchased my first boat from Bakker Marine a used 2015 Qwest pontoon and 2021 venture trailer. Neal was my salesman and was very professional and accommodating. He thoroughly explained the process from start to finish and made my boat buying experience an awesome one for my family and I. After purchase they did a full demo of the boat and helped me launch the boat in the local lake explaining the process the entire time, very courteous and professional. My family had a great first day on the lake with our boat thanks to Bakker Marine. I left feeling very comfortable with my boat and purchase and I would buy here again and recommend them to friends and family or anyone. Thank you Bakker Marine
