(November 9, 2022, 10:00 am)We ordered a wood burning stove from Alaska Company. It arrive and was installed when they said it would be. The installers were professional and quick. The stove itself is amazing! I'm happy to recommend Alaska Company to anyone needing a stove!!

(April 13, 2021, 5:14 am)We ordered our Ashford 25 insert with Craig knowing covid delay. Had several install reschedules (weather other customer issues) but finally Ken got it done while coaching a youngster future installer.
This this is awesome unit, has turned our breezy log cabin into a warm as you want it cozy home. The gray insert really looks nice against the fieldstone fireplace. We like burning wood as its abundant on our property and being retired provides activity during the winter months.

(March 27, 2021, 3:14 pm)Excellent company and amazing staff! Craig, Gus, and Frank were the three gentlemen we dealt with during this process!
My husband and I just purchased a home in the hideout, we had a fireplace from 1987 which was not giving us the heat we needed, so we had Craig in for an estimate, really great guy and very informative for what we needed.. we ended up going with a blaze king wood burning insert with new stone (pics of before and after) Although the whole process took longer than normal because of covid, (4momths).... Gus was nice enough to give us his email address so he could keep us informed every step of the way with our stuff arriving to the warehouse to schedule install.
Finally everything came in and we were able to get the work done! We are extremely happy with the work of Frank and his helper! Great team, they were extremely neat and clean! By the 2nd day of work they were done and my living room looked like nothing ever happened to it as far as cleanliness goes! That was a plus for me!
Anyway, sorry for the long review just wanted to share my experience, if your looking for talented people to do a great job, Alaska is your place! Just be patient with the work to be done, its covids fault not theirs! 🙂
