(August 10, 2023, 9:43 am)Great ice cream at great prices! The homemade strawberry shortcake topping was fantastic and love the cherry dipped cones. Serving sizes are huge I think I had a half gallon of ice cream on my large cone 😂

(July 9, 2023, 8:31 pm)Prices are a little more than anticipated (2023 norms anyways), the tourism overwhelms the area and made the wait time a little excessive (when tourism season slows service is basically instantaneously) but I won't knock a local shop for something out of their control, my review is mainly to inform how bad tourism can be and it's not the workers fault, they are always fast and pleasant, don't knock them for being busy.
For anyone looking to get a quick ice cream, this is the go to place regardless of wait time. -

(July 4, 2023, 1:48 pm)The Dairy Twist in Hawley is, hands down, the best soft ice cream in the area around Lake Wallenpaupack. It's creamy and delicious, and the portions are generous. I've ordered medium cones at various places and most of them are really small. Not at the Dairy Twist. Top choice for this gal!
