(August 25, 2023, 4:07 pm)My husband and I joined this gym back in January. We train with Laura. She is an excellent personal trainer!!! We are seeing results and we feel great. I have lost 27 pounds so far. The gym has a lot of equipment that is good for the way Laura trains me. I am very happy with my progress. Laura is always challenging me to continue my progress everytime I train. We are so glad we joined this gym and have Laura to train us. It has really helped improve our health.

Love the new equipment, the turf room is amazing, and the new aerobic studio that was just built is awesome. Love the variety of classes and the instructors are great. What more could you ask for? Free classes, great equipment, great price, and the friendliest staff in the area. Highly recommend joining.

The new Day classes are Great. Adding more choices throughout the Day. If you are interested in improving your Physical and Mental Health you will want to Join Evolve Fitness and take as many classes as you Can!
