(August 23, 2022, 11:48 am)A perfect experience. I've been a patient for years, and have nothing but praise for everyone at Eye Physicians of Northampton. And recent cataract surgery was perfect. Everyone, from the check-in to the aides, nurses, doctors, etc., was relaxed, friendly, and very professional. It could not have been easier or better.

compassionate and explained things clearly & honestly as we went along; said this might sting or hurt ahead of each move which I really appreciated.
Dr Shield did a thoughtful and exacting job with both my cataract surgeries.
Can't recommend him & his surgical staff enough; and there were also a couple wonderful staff members at his Northampton office. -

They were efficient, kind, caring and explained everything. Very thorough and made it an excellent experience. My vision is so much improved and I am so thankful for their expertise!

At last it became time for my cataract surgery, which Dr. Shield performed on my eyes this month. I could not be more pleased. He and his team kept me informed in advance, and at each stage of the procedure and post-procedure exam. Dr. Shield's surgery was about as perfect as I could have wished. I am delighted with my improved vision, and grateful for the care I received. He and his team made me fell as if I was the only patient they needed to care for.

Every employee I encountered (not just the doctors) were pleasant, accommodating and professional. Most importantly, I always felt comfortable, safe and well informed. I highly recommend Eye Physicians of Northampton!
