  Amanda whipped me into shape!! I have been a personal training client for the past 2 years both virtually and in-person. Before Apex I had no idea how to properly lift weights or have a routine outside the gym that actually showed results. Now I have never felt or looked better. She also corrects my hips and neck with MFR massage therapy to ensure I get the most out of my workouts. In addition to my sessions with Amanda, I love to take the group fitness classes offered here. At Apex my training is much more than just getting a good sweat in. It’s about setting wellness goals and shifting my lifestyle holistically. They truly care for you here unlike any other place I’ve been. Apex is for anyone - new to lifting or with experience - looking to build strength and confidence. Apex is truly an elevated and unique gym experience!

  Amanda and her team are amazing at what they do! Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to feel good, look good and get healthy! Very welcoming and great class schedule. Coaches are very knowledgeable and the facility is extremely clean. You won’t be disappointed! Would give 10 stars if I could 💪🏼😊

  Amanda is a great trainer, the gym is clean and I felt very comfortable. And some times you get to see her assistant "Howie" too.
