The whole atmosphere at The Garage is different then any gym out there.Everyone from the members to the instructors are friendly, helpful and motivating. I’m so grateful to have found The Garage! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Classes are great, they are a combination of weights and cardio kickboxing and are designed efficiently and are fun! Best of all, no hidden fees and everything is very transparent and fair. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone of all levels!
