  Mark and Dean are awesome. I had stopped in a couple times over the years, on the fence about a new road bike. They always treated me well and answered any questions I had. I finally pulled the trigger recently and it was a great experience from start to finish.
  
  My service experiences with my prior bike have also been great and I'm sure we'll be tinkering with parts/upgrades on the new one in short order.

  If only all the other cycle shops were this amazing. I could go on and on, but I'll try to be brief. It starts with the owner, Mark, he loves cycles. He'd steer me away from a more expensive purchase or a purchase, unless I needed it. They're looking to build a long relationship, and not a quick sell. The staff are fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable, technical service is top notch. And truly you are treated like a friend and not a customer when you are here. Over the years I (and my kids) have gone through at least 20 bikes. And along every step of the way, it's been great. Even after moving out of state, I would still drive back to westwood cycle for major purchases (like a new bike) or a major service to the bikes.

  Mark and Dean were super helpful with service. They assisted in getting my indoor trainer all set up and properly configured for my bike. I'm all set up for Fall and Winter indoor sessions now! Thanks guys!

  My son’s bikes brake broke at summer camp and Westwood cycle had it fixed good as new with a kickstand added on within 2 hours. 2 hours!! Ridiculously affordable and such friendly staff. Will definitely back for any and all of our bike needs.
