  A rare personal touch in today’s retail environment. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. I was doubly impressed when I received the same great service when I had to process an exchange. A truly great bike shop.

  Dropped my bike of after 12 for assembly. They said it will be done the day after, in the afternoon. Calls me at 5ish same day to inform me it's ready. Only regret that I didn't buy a bike from their shop. 5 stars overall!

  I had a 2 bike rack that did not really work for me anymore and needed to get one for 4 bikes. I did not know what to do with the old bike rack and when I was at the store I asked if they can sell my old one. They said that they can try. Today, more than a year after I received a phone call that they sold it and I should come pick up the money. I completely forgot about it and I have no words to describe this level of honesty. They took less than 15% of the sale after holding my bulky item in their store for more the a year. 5 star is not enough.

  Excellent people excellent service 100% professional do everything the right way no shortcuts of this bike shop clean very organized and extremely nice people great experience at this bike shop I would definitely recommend anybody to get there bicycle serviced at this bike shop they also have several bicycles and electric bicycles as well ❤️‍🩹

  Went into Original Bike Shop for help with an older bike drivetrain. Store is well equipped and has stock for almost every taste and needs. The owner, Mel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave great advise and guidance. I did buy my hybrid bicycle there some 18 years ago and store is still top notch in bike and service.
