  I brought my bike in for shifting problems after I had a new SRAM Eagle GX groupset installed 3 months ago at a previous shop. It never shifted right and was making all kinds of clunking sounds and the chain would keep jumping off the cassette. I brought it back to them several times and it was never resolved.
  
  Bicycle Workshop Pro was recommended to me and I am so grateful to them! Danny was the mechanic who worked on my bike. He was very reassuring and was like, "Don't worry. We're going to take care of your bike and it will be great".
  
  I waited to write this until after I had a few rides in and after a dozen and a half rides over the past 10 days, the bike is ah-mazing! The shifting works like a SRAM GX should, smooth and quiet! While they had the bike, I had a them install new Shimano Deore XT brakes and they make the bike more awesome to ride!
  
  These guys at Bicycle Workshop are the best. They just want to get people out there riding! I am looking to get a gravel bike and will be buying my next bike from them as well! Thanks Danny and thanks Bicycle Workshop!

  Just purchased a new Ibis Ripmo AF from the Pro shop, but have been a customer before for service and parts, excellent experience every time. For riders by riders, and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Worked with Alex a few times for the purchase and had great insight and convo. Also the service guy is excellent, his name is slipping me, but shorter friendly guy.
  Will recommend and will shop here again! Thanks guys!

  This place is an absolute hidden gem in Bergen County! The guys here are super friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and super helpful when aiding their customers in buying their perfect dream bike! I will certainly be coming back for more amazing tips and tricks on how to best manage my bike and, of course, for more “free” beer! I can’t thank you guys enough! Keep being amazing!

  The Pro Shop did a bike build for me recently, which was an excellent experience. Kevin was very communicative and helpful with any questions that I had. They even got the bike done before the downhill season despite the current supply issues. I recommend coming to this shop if you want your bike to be worked on by professionals who know exactly what they are doing.

  Bicycle Workshop is one of the best places to go if you’re looking for a bike or service. The experience you get when you step into the Shop is top notch. Unlike box stores, you’ll get personalized service based on what you’re looking for. Last year, I took advantage of their demo program which is a great way to try different bikes before making the commitment from a wide selection. Kevin and Alex were great in helping me with the process and answering questions I had. During the storage, they were able to deliver my new Ibis earlier than expected. The owner, Shepard is very involved with local efforts and a strong advocate for trail development and maintenance. It’s very reassuring to support a local business that's giving back to the biking community.
