I‘ve had 10 sessions with Jesse so far and am very happy with my progress , at 64 and with back issues I have to be careful . She is teaching me how the mind , body, breathing, meditation all have a part in my overall well-being and to be mindful to what my body is telling me and not over doing it. Will post more as I progress . I f you find getting off the floor or out of a chair isn’t as easy as it used to be and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, no loud music that you can’t hear yourself think. Give it a try ! I'm sharing this as a fellow yoga teacher and trainer, Jesse is an Excellent teacher! Her preparation, style, cuing, comprehensive content along with her joyous, kind and devoted heart and energy provides everything a student would want. I highly recommend Jesse's classes. She does an excellent job whether in person or on line. Also, I love her music selections, which she generously shares through Spotify. You will see and feel her dedication to all aspects of yoga and the gift she offers to your practice and well-being.
