I came to Purnama Yoga from Boston this past weekend to attend a Rocket training. Clarice was immediately welcoming to my friend and I as we entered the studio and made us feel like we were right at home! The studio itself has an amazing atmosphere from the lighting down to the decor. Our first practice of the training was on Friday night and the overhead lighting created the most perfect atmosphere for a grounding nighttime practice. The space is very clean and the natural lighting shining through the windows made for the ideal bright and uplifting practice the following two mornings. In addition to the great atmosphere and incredibly welcoming environment, Clarice and Yizza are paving the way in bringing Rocket Yoga to Connecticut. Rocket is the most fun and playful style of yoga I have ever had the privilege to practice and I’m so excited to see it expanding to new areas! If you ever have the opportunity, do not miss out on taking a Rocket Yoga class at Purnama Yoga! I had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning as their Rocket community continues to grow!
Beautiful space to practice yoga! Everyone was very welcoming and answered all my questions. I started one to one training with Clarice and learning something new every session! I would highly recommend for anyone at any level!
This is a phenomenal Yoga studio!! The instructor’s are amazing and the space is amazing!! I love the zen feeling you get when walking in! I can’t wait to take my next class!!
OMG can’t say enough about this place!! Great vibes, lovely studio, felt super peaceful and comfortable in this space. Clarice is my absolutely fav! Can’t wait to go back.
