  this gym is ridiculous. highly recommend. they have so many things and so much space. coming from california this gym is like 4x what im used to with way less people.

  I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! A membership at Core Club is easily one of the best decisions I ever made. I can't say enough good things about this business. Deb and the entire Core Club staff are super helpful and welcoming. I was initially nervous to do the classes because I didn't know anyone else there. After my first class, I was HOOKED and even left with some new friends. So, if you're considering taking gym classes but are nervous or scared to do so, this is your sign to take one!! Additionally, each class is instructed by highly knowledgable and motivated instructors who push you to do your best but also provide modifications if you need them. My all time favorite class is TRX with Deb. Every class offered is not only so much fun but also perfect for any age group or level of fitness. With all that being said, Core Club & 24/7 Gym has it all from free weights, tons of machines for lifting, treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, classes, and more. It really is a great gym to be a part of and is accommodating in so many ways.

  I am so grateful for Core Gym. Deb and Nikki are always available for support and answers.I love the open and airy feel to the gym. It has a positive and upbeat vibe....perfect for me.
