(February 5, 2022, 12:08 pm)I have taken classes, completed two Teacher Trainings and feel like I have just begun a wonderful journey! I was a runner, took many yoga classes but did not practice yoga. The wisdom Colleen, Rodney and the Yoga Shanti team give to their students is invaluable, especially during this time. My daughter abs son have also taken the Teacher trainings. My husband is now joining me in classes. Our daughter lives in Santa Monica and we can take class with her on zoom. No other yoga class has been close! Try a class and see🙏💥🙏

I am excited to see what new teachings and challenges I encounter at every class . Very clean and beautiful studio. Thank you Colleen, Rodney and Erika for great energy and amazing teachings 🙏🏼💕
