Classes are challenging but not intimidating and there are always modification and challenge options to accommodate a wide range of levels. Even as a relative newbie, working out there always feels like being on a team as fellow participants offer encouragement and motivation along the way. Love MuvStrong!

If you have an injury, or a few, (like me), they know how to adapt and give you an exercise that you can do, while also helping to strengthen, and stretch it! Classes are small in size and I don’t feel intimidated! A gym with the most updated technology and equipment in a friendly atmosphere! Enjoy working out all over again!

If you want a gym with a down to earth atmosphere that makes all fitness levels feel welcome, this is the gym for you. You'll wonder why you didn't join sooner.
