No matter what your level, new to yoga or a decades long practitioner, you will learn something and feel “yoga refreshed” by these classes. The focus on alignment and insightful adjustments will lift your practice, and your heart. John Seelye is particularly gifted at providing smart, amazing adjustments, not to mention at providing insightful thoughts and themes for each class. Try it!

(May 9, 2018, 7:01 pm)I am a year round regular for classes at One Ocean Yoga. The setting is magnificent in an artist's studio during the winter and in a lovely open air tent in the summer where you look onto to a winery and sculpture garden. The classes are small enough that each student gets individual attention. All the teachers are excellent and you leave feeling like a new person. There are various levels from advanced to restorative and new comers are always made welcome. John Seelye the main teacher has once spotted when my breathing was not slow enough and that is really paying attention to the student's progress. Highly recommended and there is a friendly atmosphere between all the students.
