(September 19, 2022, 8:39 am)This is such a beautiful studio next to the Hudson River. The teachers are all amazing and helpful. They each have their own style of teaching and it's great to have the variety at each class. Since joining, heated yoga has completely cured my lifelong issues with insomnia, and has also helped alleviate chronic pain. It's a great place to feel a sense of community, workout and heal whatever ails you.
