The equipment is top notch and, while classes book up in advance, if I ever to forget to sign up in advance I can join a waitlist or drop in, almost always there's a free spot. I love the different types of classes they offer and how responsive and kind the front staff is.

A big thank you to the whole Ardsley team for working so hard to implement all the new safety protocols. I went back for the first time this morning (first time since Feb) and I already feel like a new person. Reformer Pilates changes your body and your mind for the better. After I first started, I saw results after just three classes. Yayyyy! Thanks team! SO happy to be back!

(September 29, 2017, 6:47 pm)I was a Club Pilates Scarsdale member, and I was thrilled when the Ardsley location opened as well. Not only are the classes challenging, they are fun and varied, so each time I go it feels new and keeps my interest. Heather is a wonderful owner; she is personable, helpful, and professional, and got to know me very shortly after I started visiting the studio. I go to classes three to four times a week, and I can truly say I look forward to it every time. The instructors are very knowledgeable in the study of Pilates, and a group class feels very individualized. They push you, but are very sensitive to any injuries and first and foremost want to keep us safe. I’m so glad to have found this gem of a workout; I’m truly hooked!
